Samsung Museum, Leeum’s volunteers become intermediates between the museum and its audience and the audience and the collections while fulfilling the need of the audience and working for the museum.

1. Exhibition docent : Adult (at least 19 years old)
Exhibition docent guides and explains permanent and temporary exhibitions for the audience according to schedules.
Selected docent will be educated about the exhibitions and evaluated before working and will play a role to help connect the audience with the collections by relaying the information about exhibitions.

2. Administrative assistant : Adult (at least 19 years old)
Administrative assistant supports administrative work to manage volunteers and play a role to connect the museum and volunteers.
Be able to work with another volunteer work such as docent and offer service three times a week, three hours a day.

3. Program assistant : Adult (at least 19 years old)
Program assistant helps the museum perform every educational program — lectures and programs for children, families and schools.
Program assistant takes on every necessary task such as preparing programs, distributing educational materials, and checking attendance to implement programs.

| Recruitment Process |
Occasional registration and recruitment / Interview after document screening

Document screening will be done for those registered when volunteers are needed and personal notifications will be sent to the applicants who passed the document screening.
For volunteer docent, the interview will be implemented for those who passed document screening.
